Like its predecessor, the MF7470 also provides b&w printing/coping, color scanning, and phone-line fax transmissions via a 33.6Kbps modem. Included also are dual 250-sheet cassettes, an 80-sheet multipurpose tray, and a 50-sheet automatic document feeder—for a total capacity of 630 sheets. Plus the MF7470 incorporates a ¼” VGA touchscreen control panel and more importantly, it utilizes the Canon Single Cartridge System, which combines the toner and drum into a single easy-to-replace unit, thereby reducing expenses.
